Good video!! I have traveled those highways many times not purely for the sake of dong it but as the only way to get to a much more interesting and hospitable terrain. As a side note not, we were returning from Silver City, NM in May 2012 and when we got to Baker, CA the temp hit 124F. We stopped at every service exit and soaked our upper body with water. When we arrived in Ridgecrest, our overnight stop, and I removed my riding pants my knees were beet red. Lesson learned...no more desert riding after April.
