any experience w/San Jose or Hayward Yam dealers?

Just wondered if anyone had feedback regarding other local (SF area) dealers or independent Yamaha mechanics. I have had starting problems since last fall & have not had luck getting back on the road. I think I've had my RS in 4 or 5 times & she still won't start reliably.

I'm convinced she knows I want to replace her with an FJR, that's why she's being snotty.
