Moderate to heavy rain that will be coming to a close in roughly in 1.5 hrs, that should be 8:30 pm or so your time (Mancheser, UK) when it clears.

Races held up at the moment, 250 race put back after the Moto GP race but it doesn't look like the track is raceable to me.

It's not the rain but the heavy gusts and high winds that caused the red flag. Major safety problem.
