Yup, I did one myself; about 16 hrs total work removing tupperware, cleaning and wetsanding, painting and reassy plus $50 of "Friggin' Red" base color and $40 urethane clear & hardener.

Good luck if you're looking to hire it done. Last estimates I got were so high that I could have completely reskinned the bike with new parts from U-motors for as much or less. Not kidding.

Painters see all those plastic parts and they see $$$$$

What is that color? It looks a lot like the Aprilia Futura red, which is what I was thinking about.

Basically I'm thinking a bit about buying an 07 then repainting it right away to have a custom color.
