Just had my 08 come back from the 600 mile service. I called the mechanic afterwards, (he was gone when I picked up the bike) and asked, but he didn't know what the wires were either. He said they might be for powering aux stuff, but couldn't confirm. To my knowledge from searching this forum, the FJR does not have any extra aux wires.
Has anybody else aquired some knowledge about what these plugs hanging out are for? The set of wires with the blue male plug on the end is blue with a black stripe and a white wire, while the set of wires with the white female end has a green wire with a black stripe and a black wire.
Are these heated grip plugs, diagnositic plug in points, or aux power for GPS and things? I asked this once before but didn't get an answer that made sense.
