A buddy and I went for a ride down south Saturday. About 215 miles round trip. Bow season opened Friday, so we stuck to the main roads.
Here's a few pics...
It was about 45 degrees when we took off. Bikes are ready..

Looking south from Poteau Mtn.
Here's my attempt at taking a pic while riding. Had a hard time with the left hand, so switched to the right. Kinda slowed me down..
This was looking back kinda southwest. The Ouchita Mtns. run east and west mostly.
Might pack a lunch next time.

Cool old barn and truck.
About time for lunch.
Eat here and get gas...
Hot food and a cold beer.
Rode down to a friends huntin' cabin.
Dead varmint decor..

The horses are getting restless..
Someone's pretty handy with a knife..
Stopped off at 3 sticks monument.
On top of a filled in coal strip mine.
This ones full a water..
We headed back over the hill toward home from there.
A darned good day for a ride.
