No they dont ( they are the Italian versions) but the water does go down the plug hole in the opposite direction to yuo northerners. :clapping:

I'd just guess they're superbright flashers, so oncoming vehicles can see it from the side, if the bike's stopped perpendicular to traffic flow.

from experience, with the bling they are providing for patrol cars over here....I would say they are LED "Blues & Reds"
