AVCC issues

Well the Rosta works well but the occasional dropout made me decide to install a relay....there is .09 volts in the yellow brake wire.. Dmmd if I can get the five terminal relay to work...I either get no ground on the purple CC wire..or a good ground but no current when the brake switch is closed.. Tried various jumpers and blew brake fuses.. Do I need an external power source for the relay.. a diagram would be appreciated..[tried the one from the Rosta manual and the one on the relay instructions and one old one I found here..]

Never mind....turns out I used a 5 terminal relay as suggested here....but...it is a SPST relay which has 87 and 87A wired together internally, essentially a 4 terminal relay...ordered a Bosch SPDT relay which should unravel the conundrum
