Avon Tire Problem

I posted about a week ago, but the post seems to have been lost. So........

I recently replaced the OEM Bridgestones at 10,000 miles with new Avon ST tires that have been highly recommended by many folks here on the forum. I have a bad front wobble between 40-55 mph, it is noticeable at lower and higher speeds but worst at 40-55. when I take my hands off the handlebars it is scary. The dealer in Hope, ME who installed them thinks there is a problem with the front tire and I am giong back tomorrow or Thursday. Has anyone had this type of problem or do you have any advice. The steering head is tight, the tire is balanced and the axle is tight and not bent.
