How was it? Didn't stop raining here down south so I decided not to go.

Wet but lots of bikes in all classes.

Hard part for Mike and his Matchless was the drive home from Snohomish to Fall City in the rain. 36 miles in the rain.

Funny how a little 36 mile ride in the rain seems bad after riding the FJR.

I remember (barley) the days when it took a week for the leathers to dry out after two or three miles in the rain. The only thing worst was getting back in those wet leathers and doing another two or three hundred miles.

God it was great being young!
