Yes, I've searched. Found nothing but bag liners for sale.

SO:

Dealer told me he didn't think bag liners were included with 2014's. I am picking up Saturday. Are they included still? Yammie website does not mention them either.

Thanks...

Yes they are. I think they have been improved slightly too, now made of a nylon material that is easy to wipe clean and very strong instead of the more cloth-like material I've seen in the Gen 1's, with a mesh zippered compartment at the top of each liner and a zippered outside compartment also. I believe at least one of these are new features.

Awesome. Thanks.

Dealer says no, but maybe still in the crate. I'll make sure I collect before the long ride home.

I think they come separately. In my case several weeks ago the actual owner of the dealership went to a back room where he seemed to have a supply that the salesman didn't seem to know about....until then.

Wow...

It would make more sense for the factory to put them into the side cases.

Not really, in the UK and some other markets they are not included, so from Yamaha's viewpoint it doesn't make sense.

Oh. You mean starting a motorcycle company of your own may be a bit more complicated than posting on an internet forum? Who knew? <Snerk> ;)

My 12 came with them... i did not have to ask for them .

I went home the day i picked it up and took the ebay ones off the watch list.... glad i didnt click "buy now" before i got the bike...

That said, they come up for sale on here a lot...this is a decent and fair bunch of gentlemen.... if your dealer doesnt come through for you, just take a look in the for sale posts.

Aha, just noticed you have a new toy, congradulations

Mine were in the 14ES side cases when I picked it up from my exceptional dealer.

They were also in the side cases of my 03' when I picked it up so many years ago, at a not so exceptional dealer.

My ES came with liners. They were wrapped in plastic and handed to me. They went right into the side case for the ride home.

They were not included with my bike here in Canada - $100.00 extra.

They are good though - just home this afternoon from four days in the Rockies. Good looking and sturdy. (The Rockies AND the liners)

The previous suggestion to see #16 in new owners thread is all well, and good, but that hasn't been updated for any bikes newer than 2008, as far as I can tell. Not trying to be a jerk, JSNS. Mine came in a plastic bag in one of the side cases. I haven't even taken them out, yet.

Actually, the last post in the thread linked was 2012. Get crackin' and post updates to keep it updated if something's not right! JSNS.

It does say that some of the info applies to current models, but that's not indicated very well. I like the bin-o-facts pages. Would be happy to post updates, etc., if only I had more than about 6 weeks of experience with the bike ;) Thanks for the clarification.
