Thank you Pants for yet another stellar chapter in the chronicles of your adventurous travels. With my riding slowed this Spring to a near standstill due to yet another freakin' cervical fusion, at least I'm able to live somewhat vicariously through your experiences. You've had many excellent posts my friend, but this one may take the cake!

Thanks for the tips and inspiration. I am at the time working in Mississippi (CA transplant) so I need some ideas of where to go and what to see. This looks like a good one. Thanks for sharing.

Now I know why I don't like Chicken Salad.

Great report, I need to get myself over to the piney woods region and do some riding.

What a great ride report. I have to add LA to my bucket list. Mostly because I was born there. (Lafeyette, LA)

Awesome, Thanks,

Dave

Dave - quite a coincidence! I was born in a New Orleans suburb (Metairie), but have lived in Laffy for 40 years.

Jason - it's only a matter of time before you and I cross paths and share some miles together. I predict sooner rather than latter. Stay tuned...

Great RR and peek into the past that we thankfully left behind. You have some amazing country to play in. And yes, I have drank RC from returnable bottles. Collected many of those bottles to fund the various adventures of my youth as well.

Keep those RR's coming!
