GZ,

It looks like my SS1K cherry is gonna get popped at WFO-5. I'll be arriving late Wednesday night with TurboDave and Bluestreak following our California Dreaming ride. I figure a lot of sleep on Thursday - then an afternoon/evening departure on Thursday, arriving back Friday AM.

Then I'll have a Jack Daniels on the rocks, water back. Make that a double. And an Advil.

I'll get the paperwork ready to take with me.

Oh yeah - Thanks. I appreciate it.

Well personally, I'd run this mostly during the day to soak up the scenery, and to avoid the animal nightlife.

Your call.

I'm an IBA virgin as well, and would love to complete a SS1K during WFO. If possible, I'd love to tag along. I complete regular 500-700 mile days running into AZ, UT, CA, and through much of NV. We wouldn't have to depend on each other, but the company may be nice.

Hell, beg and plead for wittle Georgie-boy to lead you on the SS1k. Leave after breakfast, and be done by lunch.

That boy rides like his hair is on fire.

Cherry Poppin' has never been so easy.

I'm working out the details with IBA Grand Poo-Bah Mike Kneebone, to have certificates and plate backs READY TO GO for anyone that finishes the WFO-5 Saddle Sore 1K.

Details to follow, so tell anyone you know who might be interested to stay tuned to the LD section of this forum for news coming soon.

You're welcome.

Way cool - let's do this. I'm up for it - and assuming that I'm still up for it after my 3,000 miles to Reno, we can go hammer this down !!!!

Thanks, GZ !!
