He's been my favorite racer for the past decade, although admittedly, the last couple years in AMA Racing haven't been stellar for him.

Still, Ben is looking really, really good this year in 600cc Supersport, and I am going to pull for him hard to earn the championship this year on the Graves machine. He kicked ass in Daytona and won that race, and he is fastest among all Supersports at Infinion testing this week. He even beat the times of Neil Hodgson, Tommy Hayden and Miguel Duhamel on their big literbikes!

Looking good here, Mr. 155! Go, Ben, GO! B)

I've always pulled for Ben as well Dale, he's always been approachable in the paddocks. Although, you gotta like an older dude like Miguel still competing in the 600 and 1k classes. Ben will be competing in the AMA races in 2 weeks at Barber... I'll try to get some pics for ya. Actually, if Scab comes to the races, he has a better camera/lens. Stay tuned. If you get yer sorry ass out here I'll put you up.

I understand rooting for a particular rider.

Since Jake Zemke is from the central coast, and has ridden MX at my track, (very well, I might add), I always cheer ol' Jake on whenever I see him on TV.

Zemke always comes across like he's got a great attitude about life. He looks like he's enjoying himself all the time. I was bummed he lost the factory ride.

That lid is actually the one he wore during his WSBK campaign with Koji/Renegade Honda. Still cool though.
