The glare off of that Bald Head directly behind Heidi is a bit Blinding...... :dirol: :dirol:
It's from the strawberries. He had hair before that. Really.

And we really need to teach quicksilver the difference between the TWN salute and the shocker. :headbonk: Dork. :friends:

I wish we could have been in the picture but we never heard anything about it. Oh well, maybe next year.
Bill, I was running all over the hotel trying to gather folks up. On the backside of the hotel there were a TON of bikes back there. I knocked on every door, 1st & 2nd floor & gathered folks. I only ran across one non-FJR couple that opened their door to me. I apologized immensely for bothering them.
Like herding cats Heidi... :clapping:

:)

The 4 of us just made it back in time for the group shot, FJRRob, Smoke, Mark and Scott & Donna and I were hauling *** to get back - I'll save the gory details on how fast we were going on the Highlands Parkway! I remember I just pulled my gear off and somebody told me they were lining up for the group shot. That's me beside "his freshness" boy directly behind you - in the sun and squinting like a fool.

Is it time for EOM 09 yet? ...

How about now?

Seriously, the best time I've had on a bike in long long time! I'll be back next fo' sho'

After looking closely at that shot, some of you'se guys need some additional instruction on the proper way to flip one the bird...
Either that or it offended your sensitivities and you opted out...

I'm jus sayin'...

Being of the girl persuasion and new to this group, i wasn't sure if i should salute or not. after seeing how clearly my conflict shows in the photo i'm reminded that flipping is like *** -- do it or don't do it; half way is never satisfying.

Don't you fret a bit, there. My derogatory comments were definitely aimed at the non-gurl persuasion, and your "half hearted" attempt is way more than acceptable. In fact, compared to many of those anemic "boyz", yours is great!!

Doing my very best to get more gurlz participating at EOM '09.

Ex'specially those that are as easy on the eyes as Ms. Scoops ;)

John, do you need lessons in reading comprehension by chance?

Uh huh, kissing *** now, eh Fred?

*** kissing? Why, umm, yes ma'am. I come from a long family of *** kissers Ack!! I mean hell no. I mean...

...what was the damn question?

But, more imp'otantly, Miss Smarmy Pants, why was there no TWN salute from you in that pic-a-ture? Eh?

Was it because it was not introduced properly beforehand? (yeah, I know, providing a legitimate excuse in debate is a sign of weakness... :glare: )

I think a few of the more puritanical folks opted out because maybe they thought it was just a juvenile show of antiestablishmentarianism, rather than the true show of "forum love" for TWN that it was meant to be...

Either that or they were just snoozin'

Actually, that IS why. I didn't hear the announcement. My own fault for growing old, I suppose.... 'cause sure as hell I'd give the salute! No opting out on purpose for that one!

Yeah, I figured that, but could not pass up the opportunity for a little chop busting... ;)

Hey, next year... Heidi, can we at least shake hands? Huh?

PS - I'm 1st row second from the left (so's you can recognize me, I'll wear the same hat)

Chop busting, eh? I am originally from NJ where busting chops was a regular occurance. When I moved to VA the people here thought that busting chops was beating the hell out of someone.

Real interesting trivia, eh?

For real Fred... pretty sure that I've never met you. Definitely, lets shake hands next year.
