I have never upgraded horns in the past on any bike because I am not a horn user.

However of course when you need it the stock one doesn't cut the mustard.

I was on 270 S yesterday in the fast lane and usually Semi's don't venture over.

However he came up on traffic and wanted to change lanes but by this time I was up by his cab and had a car just in front of me. The car was enough in front of him that he wanted to start coming over. Luckily he wasn't just barrelling over and it was more of a wonder in the lane but I honked anyway. The blaster worked great, he heard me and move over and as I passed I saw him jump in behind me so he was coming over.

I wear ear plugs and these horns are loud even with them in and a great addition to anyone who hasn't considered them.

I thank this forum for the idea, as without you I wouldn't have even thought about them.

I thank the forum for also helping with the install.

Sometimes it's the simple things...

Yep, blew them yesterday morning while in my garage to get my wifes attention.
