Or..., maybe?

The FJR has slid-down into the "Modern Classic" niche in the marketplace?

A small niche market for bikes that are not yet 'collectable'; will never be 'nostalgia' (no 'potato-potato' exhaust); but aren't 'cutting edge' / 'competitive', anymore.

Everything's for sale. The local biggest dealer in town has FOUR used C14's (they deal the other big 3, not yam). They also have very tempting deals on several hold-over Wee-Stroms... It's just ****** out there for bike dealers, I'm guessing.

I'd say that compared to the other bikes in the ST market...the FJR is more than competitive. ;)

I'd say that the economy may have alot with what's going on...also, some people buying an FJR without doing as much research as the early FJR buyers...finding out that it's different than what they thought...and bailing.

Whatever the case, it's good for me, the FJR buyer. :clapping:

Could be..........

The FJR has been on the market here since 03, 8 years think that's long enough that a healthy used bike market is starting to develope.

I was thinking the same thing. A person can get about any FJR they want right now. Some are really low mileage too!
