The Italian Scallion
For starters I did not want to go at all. No new bikes to speak of and gazillions of people milling around.
That's my own kind of kryptonite, I can't stand it.
Then I thought I'd carry most of my camera gear and turn it into a photographic quest for beauty. I loved it. The downside: I was humping tons of Canon stuff (2 big cameras and 6 extra lenses) in a stuffy and airless environment, my condition being compounded by the non-stop drooling :dribble:
Well, consider this as a mere teaser for y'all
{edit: first link requires a login; so here's many of the hot photos cut-n-pasted for ya....}
(If you can live without captions, click HERE.)
Don't think of me as a lecherous old fart. There's lots of bike pics, too, and even an unplanned get together with a bike-racing legend, 8-times
World Champion Mr Phil Read, a true-blue gentleman and helluva nice guy. He's pushing 70 but he can't stay away from motorbikes.
