Most anyone convicted for such a crime is looking at a 12 - 15 year sentence. Most will serve 5-6 years behind bars if they behave. The sentence could be lowered if they don't have a criminal past, but with the other charges pending it is quentionable for Billy boy. Crimes such as this affect both families and many others, sad. I think I'm the confused one. I misread your post. I thought you were looking to buy the vid. I don't know where the bear footage is.

There was reference to the bear footage on youtube, but there were also dead links to the same excerpt I found. Youtube is a bit sloppy in their response to copyright violations, but they will clean something up if it's brought to their attention. I'd bet that the owner of the rights to the documentary is active in trying to keep parts of it off youtube.

Re: Lane. He should get whatever everyone else in his predicament receives. I can bet, though, this is not his only time driving while intoxicated even after his license suspension. Those types of drunks are the worse type of repeat offenders. They're never too drunk to drive

Yep, 'ole Billy needs to go down...hard. It's been my experience picking up *******s like that, guys like him never stop committing DWI/DUI until they are physically locked up; obviously he's no exception with his previous conviction. His '4 lawyers' will see that their fees equal his bank account. IT'S OVER. Maybe the victim's family can get him in civil court for his assets, put it into a victim's relief fund.
