On that same note of organ donating, I had to watch as my mother had to schedule her entire life around her dialysis schedule. One day she got THE call. Flew up to Minneapolis from Dallas lickity split. She had that donor kidney for nearly 20 years. Yes, modern medicine is an amazing gift. So as you can imagine, my family and most (if not all) of my extended family will be donors if the situation arises. It's not like I'll need any of it anyways when my ticket gets punched.
