An observation about OPMP (Other People's Motorcycling Pictures):

Many people take pictures mostly of other people. These are interesting to the photographer, the person being photographed and a few others that know them.

Other folks tend to take pictures of the interesting locations they've been to, often with the bike in the foreground. I think these are the ones that are most highly regarded since they will stir the wanderlust in anyone viewing. It's not that the picture is such a work of art, though that sometimes is true. It's more that it makes you think "Yeah, I'd love to ride out there someday..."

PS - Nice pics .paul

Pashnit.com has tons of MC photography (as well as a lot of excellent ride reports). Pashnit had put together a highlights CD (4300 pics and counting) a few months back and was sending it to members who requested it:

Not sure if this is available to all members or just paying folks (all of $20/yr).

While I'm sure that Pashnit is a great forum, it is rather exclusively focused on the state of California.

Having lived out there in a prior life, I know that many Californians tend to forget that there is a small part of the US outside of CA.

Pierre,

I sent you an e-mail message through the forum.

If you will send your e-mail address to the address I sent you, i will send higher res pictures.

Pierre, are you going to take them off the website? If so, you could go to Orangevale's ride reports and find an amazing array of photos. You might also look through the "Ride Reports" threads. There are a lot of lovely photos floating around here.
Thanks for the info :)
I would probably start with your own avatar and work your way down hill from there.
Not sure if I put my avatar that the ladies at the office will like that :p
Statistically, about 10% of the women in your office will like that picture a LOT.

You guys aren't all in California? WTF? Well, I suppose someone has to live in Las Vegas (the small part of the US outside CA).
