Brake Reservoir Cover With Double Ball Mount?

A while back, I saw a fellow rider with a brake reservoir cover which had both the offset 1" ball mount and the centered 1" ball mount. I have called RAM Mounts, and they say they have never made that setup. Does anyone know if it is still made by a different Manufacturer, and, if so, where I can get one?

Motorcyclelarry does make double but not for the FJR as far as I can tell.

Here's a Suzuki one i wonder if it would fit ?

I made a single for mine. I don't have a picture of it right now. Why would you want a double?
