Schweet!!! The ride to work in was nice and cool. Too bad it was only 12 minutes, though! looking forward to seeing you guys again..... except maybe Alan.

Well, I managed to make this ride after all! No call-outs of co-workers to prevent me from leaving or nothin'! Amazing.

It was nice to see everyone again for (my) first of the season FJR gathering, despite Alan showing up. But at least I got to see Helen!

The food was good, the company was great, the weather was perfect. What more could one ask for? No, Bust, NOT more soft woolie things. <_<

I had the Maple baby back ribs which were accompanied by home fries, toast and two eggs. The ribs were so tender, they came off the bone clean. They were perfectly sweet with a hint of maple (of course), without being too sweet or overpowering with Maple. Yum! The rest of the food was just as good. I won't spill the beans on what others had eaten, I'll let them jump in if they wish once they get home.

Here's just one of the cool things you'll see from a time gone by if you take the time to stop and smell the roses.

I'll reserve the group photo for Carl who got a better shot and share the food porn once others have posted. Can't wait for the next "Eat to ride, ride to eat" outing! :yahoo:

Yeah, what a great breakfast meet-up. I had the deep fried french toast and a side of bacon.

Just far enough of a ride to feel like I've had one, and still get back with plenty of time for w*rk :glare: .

Being a lazy SOB I did get any pictures, just a full belly and a smile on my face.

We (Carl & Grace) had a great time, too. I'm off to work in a few minutes, but I'll post pics tomorrow.

After breakfast we rode some backroads behind the 'Beams for a ways and Alan was able to lead some excellant low spead turn around maneuvers!
