I'm surprised you guys aren't already there. 4 Northeast states have adapted similar guidelines to our CARB regs and it's moving slowly across the country. The new Euro regs are pretty tough, too.

TWN....we do "Drive Clean" every 2 years on privately owned cars....or when buying or selling but nodda on motocycles....though most of are bikes are to European specs....& have been since at least 1983....that I can think of....but then again I am older then dirt....

that's it? that can be err, adjusted pretty easily. Andy difference in the exhaust or the gas tank?
I'd be careful about alterations. New regs could really put some hurt on us. Not trying to scare anyone but if you do alter your ride, keep everything you took off. PM. <>< <_<

Cal.-only models have 3 additional safety labels under the passenger seat that illustrate the extra emissions stuff.

For anyone with an '06 Cal. model, what is the 8th letter/digit in your V.I.N.? I'd like to compare it to my 49-state bike. Mine is "E".
