I am heading down for spring ride Tofino or not. Got my sites on mid april and the Mary is coming too. She might fly down cause there is no ferry. It sunk!

Now that we have succesfully hijacked all the .06s into The Great White ...., we are also going to have a Canajun section to the Forum - sounds good to me. Here in the Banana Belt of N.S some of us have been riding for almost a month. 1100+ km on my KLR and 500+km on my 04 FJR since the 1st week of March. Eat your hearts out ROC. Will be at Parry Sound Sport Bike Festival in July and Cape Breton Festival of Speed in Sept, Mine is the 04 with the homemade rack and the scratches on either side of the gas cap where road grit got under my tank bag in construction in Yellowstone last year. I am the tall skinny guy in the totally faded out red 'Stitch. Uralrob...don't take life too serious - its not permanent.

@ uralrob - If you are who I think you are that means a computer is a recent addition to your household. I've had a couple of typewritten letters from your lovely lady a couple of years back when she had just ordered the '05 FJR and I've been meaning to respond. I never did get to Bridgewater last year as planned but perhaps now we can coordinate a meeting spot via email for when you're traveling this summer. BTW I also bought a KLR and put 7500 km on in Dec/Jan. I was in AZ at the time tho'.

Any S. AB owners want to meet for lunch in Vulcan on Sunday?

I will let you know when I get my bike out....... then we could maybe meet up at the Mohawk Inn (just past the Ice House over the 401-I am sure you know where it is) and meet for breakfast and a ride (the parking lot is gravel........just a heads up)

I was up there meeting a friend so I knew the Ice House had closed........

I was thinking this weekend (weather colder) about putting my longjohns on again......
