Some good news, during my talks with the hotel over the last few days I was asked if we thought we would be back next year. I voiced our concerns about the room rate being on the pricey side for this sort of group. Well today the hotel gave us a small, very small break on the rooms. So the new rate is $102.14 including tax, not a lot but a move in the right direction. I'd still like to find more economical digs for next year.

Wow.. $6 off per night? How will they break even at that rate?
