Currently the CFO Website is torturing Rick and the GPX route files are showing up as HTML code. So, if you click here: CFO 2013 Route Files you can download either GPX or GDB files from my Dropbox.
Sorry I don't have them in S&T, but you can import the GPX into S&T. Microsoft makes S&T NON-backwards compatible anyway so if you have an older version they won't work anyway, which is total BS, but that's another topic.
Also, here are some useful construction information links for Southwest Wisconsin:
Work Zones & Detours If you scroll down it had the dates of each project.
Interactive Map This is pretty cool. Click on the Southwest region, on the right side there are check boxes, check "Lane Closures" and/or "Future Lane Closures" and the when you mouse over each of the little construction cones it pops up details.
