I'm in - registered and room booked, is it June yet?

:yahoo:
OK - we have my favorite party critters confirmed.

That includes you, Ray. We just have to keep you from going to bed before the fun starts ....

ps - would you please light a fire under Charlie Hoss and Sullivan ? And baddog while you're at it

Just a thought, should there not be a seperate post for the registration such as

"2011 CFR Registration Now Open" with the attached link? It might make it a little easier for folks to find.

Good idea, Scott

Must be why we pay you the BIG bucks

:D

Darn, darn ...I'm not able to attend CFR this year. I'm sure I'm missing out on one of the better (judging how much I enjoyed CFR'10)FJR get togethers, period... I'll miss all you FJR-brothers and sisters, that I met before and the new I would have met. Have a great time and stay safe.

The month of June will be taken up for my second trip up to Alaska...

Nooooooo ! Petey!!

You'll be MISSED :(

Registered, reserved, and paid via Interact; I'm looking forward to it !!! :)

/edit oops look like I clicked the registration button twice.....that's for twice the fun I guess
Damn, I gotta fix it so guys like you can't do that! :p No worries Pierre, I'll fix it up!

I'm in for twice the fun as well :D and I know I didn't hit the submit button twice. The link's to pay were not working.
Maybe not, but I'll bet you refreshed the payments page (and depending on your browser and settings, may have clicked 'OK' to resubmit the data) which is equivalent to going back and hitting the submit button again.

I'll fix it up.

There is no link for Paypal Personal Payment (PayPal doesn't allow automating this but I suppose I could just link to Paypal's login screen. Same goes for Interac e-Transfer. Payment by cheque is also just instructions. The link to PayPal for secure Credit Card payment should be functional.
Jeff This is the computer moron again. I registered but due to lack of computer skills will need to send you a check.Where to ? made out to who?

Myself and the wife, 2 shirts and dinner? Total ?

Did get a room booked at Silverwood (by phone).

Would have PM you but can't remember how to do that either.

Thanks, Jack

Jack is like our own NE computer curmudgeon!! He's the guy everyone else wishes they were. If we didn't have these labor savin' computers making our lives all easy and such, we wouldn't know what to do with all the spare time

We (meaning the magnificent Josie and I) are still planning on attending this highly rated shin-dig. We still need to cross a few tee's and dot a few i's to make it happen, but we are making every effort. Sure hope the cool Mom & Pop place doesn't sell out before we can move on it.

As to Maine Chowder running, that bike crashin' feller, CJ hasn't been checking in too much lately. Hope he's OK.

I'd really like to make that ride again this May.

And as far as the Habanos go, I think the Monte #2's are definitely the way to go. I 've not enjoyed one in over 2 years, which is far too long. But of the dozen or so I have over the years, they have all been supremely magnificent. FWIW, Cohibas are the most often counterfeited of the Cubans. Even you Canuks get stung by the counterfeiters sometimes...

What're you sayin', Fred? That we're a bunch of gullible hick galoots ?

We know our stogies, especially the Cubans.

And we buy only from State-run Seegar Stores :p

We hope you and the boss can make it up here in June. Let US host YOU for a change ! :D

OK, We're registered, and have sent off a reservation request to Silverwood. Hopefully we'll get in, but if not we'll stay at the other one.

Now, I'll admit to being a bit dense, but I couldn't find the total of what I owe anywhere on the rally web site. I assume that the rally fee is $30 per person, right? And this includes the tee shirts, I'd guess, since you asked for our sizes. And there was also mentioned an extra $3 per lady's tee shirt, right? So I'm in for C$63.00 Does that sound right?

Also, if you guys already have one, you might want to post up a rough itinerary. There was mentioned a lobstah boil. Wouldn't want to miss that!! We'll be wanting to plan when to come in and out and when to add the days to get over to the Cabot Trail.

Looking forward to all the fun. I'll be sure to bring along some decent (US legal) 'gars too.

And maybe a bit of the "Breath of Heather"...

Hi Fred

Great news !

No, you're not dense; details have been sketchy but are ready to be posted when FJR Guy gets his head around it.

There's info HERE that I posted the other day. Registration fee $30, vest $35 and $38, and Rally dinner $35 are all separate. So 2 Registrations = $30. The rest is discretionary .

Registration : Monday, June 20

Ride: Tuesday and Wednesday

Lobster Boil: Tuesday

Rally dinner: Wednesday, June 22

Hope this helps a wee bit ?

See you soon!

Got my conformation back from the folks at the Silverwood. I asked, and they told me there are only 6 more rooms left in the Inn.

Better hurry!!

... So 2 Registrations = $30. The rest is discretionary . ...
Ummmm... shouldn`t that be ``2 Registration = 2 x $30 = $60``

If not, I have a boat load of refunds to process!

Sorry everyone, life gets in the way of FJR stuff sometimes. Registered riders will be notified when the website is updated for ordering Rally Wear and buying dinner tickets. Until then, just the $30 pp registration fee is all we need... unless I misunderstood and MEM corrects me.

I dunno ....what TIME was it when I posted ?!

OK - early.

Maybe my brain's frozen. Yeah, that's it! FRozen brain.

You are correct,sir. 2 x $30 is still $60

Would have PM you but can't remember how to do that either.

Quick, Jack! Where's your bike ?! :D

See you in June! if not before (if someone organizes a Chowda Run)
The FJR is in its cubby in the garage in Lynnfield, the 73/74 Yam DT250 is in the garage in Rangeley, and the Honda XR650 is in a friends shed in Foxboro, I think, I hope. We will know for sure when the snow melts.
