Can a guy (like me) show up on Monday. Then head out for a Cabot Trail run Tues...........then leave??? That's all the time off work I managed to wrangle.........

My first CFR one night stand.......

mattster
I was going to leave this for the omnipotent MEM to answer, but since others have chimed in...

Short answer, IMO as a rally organizer, is ABSOFRIKENLUTELY!

Long answer is that, again IMO, all are welcome, whether it be for the duration or only for a day or even just an hour.

The caveats are that it would be bad form to book (prior to the registration deadline) a room in the rally's block of rooms at the host venue (Staying in Don's room is a great option! :) )

and that it would be bad form to partake in any spoils (food, beverages, etc...) provided by the rally without registering and paying the Rally Fee.

That said... See You in Fredericton! :D
I answered Matt in a PM. Essentially what you said except for the last para - which is a no-brainer. IMNSHO ;)

I was going to leave this for the omnipotent, bodacious, arresting, noticeable, brilliant, catchy, commanding, conspicuous, dramatic, emphatic, eye-catching, flamboyant, prominent, pronounced, remarkable, showy, splashy, striking MEM to answer, but since others have chimed in...
Brother Jeff I fixed it for you; You Are Welcome!

Boy of boy, when I see you on Thursday, Papa Chuy .....

I'll ask Donna's permission to hug you. But I'll be begging forgiveness for the kiss ;)

NSrider, I would definitely take it! I thought I had ordered this from Nova Scotia Tourism, when I also ordered the New Brunswick Tourism Guide Packet online.

Don, I put it in the mail a little over a week ago so you should have it soon.
Thank You NSrider, hopefully it will arrive today or tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing our Nova Scotia M/C routings on a detailed map!
Many Thanks NSrider, I owe you a shot and a beer; my Motorcycle Tour Guide Nova Scotia - Riding the Trails of Adventure arrived in today's mail, an excellent informative little publication.

Ever since yamafitter sent me pictures of his big hairy butt, the United States Postal Inspectors have really been watching my incoming mail from Canada, especially Ontario, NS and NB.

Thank God the glossy 8 by 10 color "Art" photographs MEM and barb sent me of themselves got here before Bill F's smut came here and started the authorities cracking down on CA ****!

Papa Chuy and Son Seth are really enjoying ourselves reading Motorcycle Tour Guide Nova Scotia. NS is absolutely beautiful and scenic; and the book shows us so many highlights and interesting things to see. We just hope that New Brunswick will be "nice"!

All Seth and DaddyDon know about NB, Canada is from what our good friend Old Michael has told us; since OM held Canadian citizenship, we would have to believe that he is telling us the truth!

Mick said that New Brunswick makes Kosovo look like a First World Country! Old Michael also stated that Fredericton, by comparison, can make Managua, Nicaragua appear to be one of the World's Ten Best Provincial Capitols! jes' sayin' what OM said!

I don't even want to repeat the rest of this post in case MEM sees this. Papa Chuy better hope that his FJR is not "pokey" so he can run away.

Oh, Red Mountain Raconteur, that info should be updated.

I understand that many in NB now have indoor plumbing.

Will the CFR rides be posted on the web site anytime soon? Winter is now over, I just had the KLR out. :yahoo:

Canadian FJR
Paging FJRGuy to the white courtesy phone ......

They won't be in any kind of gps format - unless you want to get together on the 26th :D

Maybe during CFR we should have a Talking With Americans session. Chance are we might be able to find one Californian who can find NB on a map.

Now, Now!! As Canadians it is up to us to bring some politeness around here.

Plus it's Bustanut & RadioHowie's job to trash folks.

If you really want to have fun with Americans get them into a drinking game naming Canadian Provincial Capitals.

Mi Hermano Bill, tus Papa Chuy Viejo will readily accept your drinking game challenge and I will immediately raise this bet and issue you a challenge:

I will happily name off, while drunk, the 14 Canadian capital cities (1 national, 10 provincial and 3 territorial) and you simply must name off the 32 Entitdades Federavitas de Mexico.

Since there are 32 Estados de Mexico, I will graciously give you the first three: Distrito Federal - Ciudad de Mexico, Hidalgo Estado - Pachucha de Soto, and Tlaxcala Estado - Tlaxcala de Xicohtencatl. Now, you only must recite the other 29; and proper pronunciation, while drunk, will count in this contest!
