Changing fork oil

I just recieved my Heli triple clamp, and thought it would be just a little more work to remove the forks, flush 'em and add new fluid. I'm asking anyone with a manual for an '06 if weight and amount (as in cc's)of fork oil is listed. I am guessing 10W, but would like to be sure. I found https://fjrtech.com/getdbitem.cfm?item=47 . I can't remember the name off hand, but remember someone posting about having their forks done somewhere and the shop saying to the effect of 'the fork oil was silvery' after low miles.

I just drained the left fork leg and mine too looked terrible for 6K. Glad I'm doing it. Still need that info if someone has it.
