Does Lisa and her staff check us in for our rooms, too, or is that a separate affair? If so, is that up one flight in the lobby, or some other county in the hotel?
The WFO-5 Staff has absolutely noting to do with attendees rooms (other than setting up the killer Group Rate). You'll deal directly with them for all. The wise attendee will carry the reservation confirmation code they (hopefully) provided you when you made your room reservations.

The Hilton Reservations Desk is along the left-hand side of the Lobby as you enter the South Entrance; the hallway leading to the escalators downstairs is off to the right. So it's all very convenient.

Wendsday arrivals, lets get together for Dinner. I am exploring ideas. We could meet in the Lobby, or in the vicinity of N-12 at (6 O'Clock?). Whats your idea? Thursday arrivals 6 pm N-12. It's been quite awhile since I have been to Reno (29 years :dribble: ). TJ

There are a number of eateries inside the hotel. Admittedly not as much fun as cruisin' Reno in 95 degree heat, but.....

If you have never tried Chevys Fresh Mex restaurants, you should absolutely give that a try. It's on the casino floor on Restaurant Alley.

For larger groups of folks, the Lodge Buffet always has the killer ****, and IIRC, the prices are not too shabby, and they have about an half-acre of food selctions that you can wander around and choose from.

For a throwback to the 50's, definitely try a cheeseburger, fries and chocolate malt at Johnny Rocket's retro-diner, also on the casino floor next to the SuperBook and near the aviation-themed Pylon Bar. Believe me - trust me - the cheeseburgers at Johnny Rocket's are beyond awesome!

All in all, there are about 7-8 *major* restaurants to choose from just on the casino floor alone. More eateries are located downstairs along the Arcade Promenade.

6 pm at N-12 works for me. Everyone should be able to find that. :D
