I have had this 03 WR 450 yamaha for sometime. I had a Super ****** before (KTM SMC 625 and a KTM 525EXC) and really liked them. The 625 was a pain in the a$$ because of the vibration it made but a blast to ride. I had a little extra cash and bought a set of 17" wheels and a brake kit for my dirt bike. Installed a 320mm front brake and went with 15-41 gearing. It is not compete yet, waiting on a few things. But I thought I would share it with my FJR brothers... Heres a few pic's... Smitty

very cool. I picked up a '93 KLR650 over the winter. These dual sports are a blast.

Nice bike smitty.

But ah, about that picture just to the left of the Hi-Point board ...???

:bike:

I’m really surprised TWN or Fencer didn’t pick-up on that real quick.

I did but I didn't want to draw attention to the NWS material. WAY TO GO SHOCKER :p

Fencer,

Thats not ****. You have read Smitty signature- he's not a gyno, but he will take a look. That poster there is his study guide!!

15-41, 1350 rpms top, what are you thinking the top speed will be?

Did you change out the cam to a YZ cam?

I have clocked my wr426f to around 104 with my fat *** on it in the dirt. Geared pretty much stock, YZ timed, stock YZ pipes, Dirt tires.

You can now do parking lot triples off the front of Miatas.

The only way you can catch one of these bikes is ride the same type, or wait at their front door.

WOW! is that the poor negilited bike that was standing in the corner of your shop when you did my CC? Lot of TLC beween then and now.

Sweet bike. I've been looking at the DRZ400's since they are ready to go out of the box. Are you gonna tag it for the street or just play with it on a track?
