Vstar2FJr is correct

That is one of the STAR calander bikes. Picture was taken right close to me in Ogden, Utah during Star Days 03. Where I got to demo an FJR. I was kind of watching them do the shoot although I had no Idea that it was for the calander.

No thanks, I traded my HD (I've had a HD for 30 years) with a good ridden’s and bought a FJR and never looked back except, to pick up all the cash I have now!

Thank you Yamaha, thank you very much!

Hey Dudes!

This link is to a collection of STAR customs in high res. that have been built over the past few years buy individuals like us as well as some dealers and customizers.

Not sure what happened to the origional host (Yamaha) but still glad that this dealer picked them up for us to see.

I thought they were simply amazing and they got me to take notice of the line of Star products even though I lean more toward the SuperSport bikes for my own riding style. (FJR only please!)

I enjoy looking at the customs, regardless of which engine they are based on. Some very creative and attractive work is being done. I don't have any desire to own or even ride on one though.

Lots of stuff I have never figured out about choppers, one thing being why all the air between the forward cylinder head and the bottom of the teeny tiny gas tanks perched at ridiculous angles.

It's all about the look and the stretched/raked out frame.

Some have some damn comfy ergo's.
