Chicago-area garage day

Chicago-area FJR owners are having the Second Annual FJR Garage Day on November 22. We will be in my heated garage located in a western suburb of Chicago. Folks can bring their bikes to work on or just stop by to chat.

Available will be two lifts (one an air-operated drive-on lift and the other a roll-under jack), air compressor, oil dump, Morgan Carbtune, multi-meter, hand tools, etc. Coffee and assorted cold beverages will also be on hand. Work planned includes maintenance, oil changes, mods, carb balancing, repairs and general BSing.

As you know...I'm in.

I'll clean off the bike first so the wrenchers (me and anyone who helps me) won't get dirt/grease all over their hands from working on it...as it is pretty scuzzy after riding through those rain infested Missouri rivers roads last weekend.

Jon, I started cleaning up my bike as well. My Holeshot headers and pipes arrived along with the SuperBrace, PCIII and WynPro PAIR covers. I may buy some Rotella just for the putaway this Winter.

Thanks for opening up the garage to us. I'll trailer the bike in given the number of boxes to carry and parts to drag away.
