I have finally updated my video editor to Final Cut Pro X since after the last OS update on the Mac does not play nice my old version of Adobe Premier Elements.

I just did some quick playing around with some footage I had from a trail ride on the WR450 in the Simcoe County Forest north of Barrie, Ontario.

You dorks will probably think it's funny.....

Sure had to watch a lot of footage before we got to the good part.

Jer Old Buddy, I don't know if you have ever heard this one before: Canadians - You Can't Live With Them and You Can't Live with Them, eh! JSNS, Hosers!

Looks like a ton of fun, until the grunting, growning and tipping over part.... LOL

Great Footage - wish we had areas like that around here.....

Actually Jer if you look closely at the 48 second mark you can just barely spot Patch308 behind a big tree with a Taser Gun in his hand, so you can shoot them!

That ******* Patch got me good. Actually what the footage shows is that tree definitely jumped out in front of me and took me out. Also there had been a lot of rain and the leaves were wet and the trail was really slick making it tough to get any traction. I got really tired trying to hold the bike on line. That's my story and I'm sticking with it.

Yes, we did pick up the bike but I had to pay Canadian union rates rather than the cheap Mexican labour rates I paid in Moab so I could only afford to ride for a couple of hours before putting the bike back in the trailer. The organization that hosted the event had a hospitality room back where we were having the meeting and there was a bottle of Forty Creek so the rest of the evening is a little fuzzy.

You have to pay to ride??? That is definetely un-American!

Come on down! I'll let you rip and tear around all day for nothing. As long as ya shoot more crash videos.

There are all kinds of places where you pay to ride in the States. Lots of areas require that you have a trail permit like Michigan and the Hatfield McCoy Trails in West Virginia to name a few. Also I did not pay to ride, I paid to have someone else pick up the bike when I drop it which on some days can get expensive. Just ask HotRoadZilla about 10 Mile Wash in Moab. That day cost me a whole beer to have Zilla and Patch pick me up after the sand snakes kept attacking me.

Hey Fitter...Was that hill steeper than it looks, or do you just suck more than we thought?
Yes and yes. This is why I'm getting a new WR450, it comes with gyro stabilizers to counteract my suckiness. At least that what the salesman said. Speaking of what sucks, I've seen you fall over on flat ground.

Is that a real trail or did the guy in front of you just get done carving that thing?? Inquiring minds want to know.
It was a fairly new trail but with all the leaves just coming down the week before it would have been tough to find without following a local that knew the trail.
