Clutch acting up a little

And yet... Ducati and BMW clutches work just fine without any oil whatsoever.

I think it is just an assembly variability issue at Yamaha, as all of the problems seem to be early on. Once they get cleaned and lubed they seem to work OK.

 
I think FJR owners like to find stuff to whine about too...Just my opinion, but take a look around here and tell me I'm wrong.

That might be, but to be honest, clutch soak and clutch bleed has fixed a lot of issues for folks. If no one complained, no one would post the fixes and my bike would be a ****** shifter and less fun to drive.

 
It is nice to ride a motorcycle that was pretty much right at inception, but that has been in production with ongoing refinement for 14 years. That pretty much leaves nits to pick.
