I did search and came up dry on this question. I am going to soak my clutch pack. 08 sticking clutch.I have a new clutch cover gasket, along with a new drain plug washer. I seem to recall someone saying that if you put the bike on the side stand, that you could change out the clutch pack without losing any oil.

I really don't mind changing out the oil, but it would be nice to know if this is possible. I know I could take it to the dealer, but I am a hands on kind of person.

Thank you for any help that you may be able to give me on this subject.

Worked for me. I laid out a rag to collect the few drips from the now soaked plates as I put them back in. That was it.
