I agree, the 'islands' off by themselves makes you wonder what the story behind them is.

Well my story is I was stationed in Hawaii while in the Marine Corps. My transportation and fun was a Suzuki SP500. That thumper would take me anywhere. I had some nice knobbies on it and would ride the mountains on the north shore.

Thanks, Intech! US Navy, Pearl Harbor, 1978-1982, RD400 crazy bike = Hawaii! (Oahu only, but surely the rule of any-distance-counts applies to the entire Aloha State.)

There are no rules...you make your own rules.
Unless you ride a BMW, then das ist verboten!

Yeah but most of my States were "had" on Yamaha or Suzuki's. The one Florida rental was on a Hardley, it was Bike week and my buddy arranged the ordeal

I agree. All states count. I wish I had known you never rode in Georgia. We were only a few miles away during EOM ( when we missed the Cherohala). Oh well, next time!!!

Yeah, I knew we were on the border, it was backseat compared to our group ride.

We were like 6 minutes from Georgia. How in the Hell did you miss Georgia??

AJ; seems we went West and North everyday?. Oh well, keeps FL on an island for me and an excuse to go back and get GA!.
