I usually like to soak the vest in water, place it in a freezer bag and put it in the fridge over-night before a run and if your really riding in hot weather and packing a cooler on the bike, pack an extra vest as mentioned in the cooler and alternate between vests. PM. <>< :dirol:

I learned a little more about my evaporative vest the other day...

Throwing your vest in the river to soak it again then putting it on dripping wet tends to boil the boys when the water gets into your pants. :blink:

Wet is good, dripping wet is bad!
