EMAIL RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM CORBIN:
We dont do reworks on used seats. We can build you a custom seat for your bike
COMMENT:
Work on your tone and customer-facing attitude. Hits me like a "F**k you." And BTW if I wanted a new custom seat, I wouldn't have bought a used one.
SUGGESTED RESPONSE:
Mr. X, thank you for your email inquiry regarding a Corbin custom seat for your bike. We regret to inform you that as a matter of policy we do not rework used Corbin seats. However, if you wish, we would be very pleased to discuss with you your options for building a custom seat. Please let me know if you have further questions. Best....
