We dont do reworks on used seats. We can build you a custom seat for your bike

COMMENT:

Work on your tone and customer-facing attitude. Hits me like a "F**k you." And BTW if I wanted a new custom seat, I wouldn't have bought a used one.

My last conversation with Corbin's non-Customer Service was truly the last conversation I will ever have with them.

Sigh. People just aren't getting it. 3 more ignored the rules after I reminded people.

If anybody else has FIRSTHAND experience with Corbin and can do it without side conversation--let me know and I'll consider unlocking this area. Otherwise about 10 people need to either start using the PM system or start a thread elsewhere.
