Sold Corbin Seat with Smuggler (2007 FJR1300)

I have a Corbin Seat with Smuggler Box that came off my 2007 FJR1300 before I sold it and upgraded to a 2015. I was thinking about keeping it and painting to match my 2015, but decided to let it go.
I am asking $750.00 for the 2 pieces and will pay 50% of the shipping.
The weight of the 2 items is approximately 18-20 lbs. give or take a pound or 2 and shipping from 07747 (Matawan, Old Bridge New Jersey area).
There are a couple of rub marks on the underside (see pics), but are unnoticeable when on the bike.
If you plan to use on a 2007 FJR with the Black Cherry color and you can't tolerate the rub marks, I can either touch-up for you or will ship you the ColorRite Touch-up box in photo.
The ColorRite package is the "Aerosol Complete Repair Package" for the 2007 Yamaha FJR1300 in Black Cherry and it was hardly ever used (See picture of receipt).

Originally, I wanted to try and sell both pieces together thinking the seat would probably be harder to sell than the Smuggler if sold separately.
I'll sell the seat separately for $200.00. I'll pay 50% of the shipping.
Note that a new seat goes for about $500.00 on the Corbin site. So, I'm asking 40% for the cost of a new one.
