Corbin smuggler installation

Need your help to find a thread.

Got my Corbin smuggler today !

But can't have my front saddle latching on the bike with the smuggler install.

Tried to remove, add, change place the washers, nothing to do !

I remember seeing a post where someone change the original bolts for something else that make it easier to put in place or remove the smuggler

but i can not find it !

The included instructions suck, if you have the corbin seat the pan for the stock seat height adjustment has to be totally removed. The only other thing to keep in mind is that the smuggler utilizes alot more of the available space below the pillion seat than the stock. Make sure all of you tools, locks, etc. are out of the way before you try it again. Also every thing fits pretty tight, which I guess is good, so don't be suprised if you have to force it if appears close.

I think this is what you are looking for. I did a similar but much less slick fix than this to make it a 15 second change back to the stock rear seat.

Going with your solution, can t find the Hillman bushing in my area.....
