I spent Thurs-Sat with some of my Colorado friends on the western slope of the Rockies -- despite the nasty, cool, wet weather in the central mountains and eastern part of the state, it was georgeous in western Colorado with blue skies and cooler-than-normal temperatures. Got in about 1100 miles for the trip and some nice "spirited" riding. Following are a few shots taken during our day rides out of Montrose.
