On September 17th, it was a beautiful day here in Norcal and I rode out to Infineon Raceway (Sears Point) and watched fellow forum member George B (Coyote) as he attended his first track school and his first ride on a true Sport Bike.

I have been itching to make it to a track day. So it looks likes bikes were provided with that school? Which school was it and is it recommended?

George recommends it. I went 20 years ago and I think I'll go again in the Spring. It is Keith Code's school. The bike rental (if you don't want to use yours) is $200. I'll use my R1. You want to go together?

Thanks Bike Effects. I feel like an ungrateful Sum-na-***** :erm: for not posting the photos you sent. But I've been enjoying them a bunch, so I forgive myself.

The day was too much fun and educational. Highly recommend it and I will be going back again. Also, I've been window shopping for a sportbike to add to my garage. Maybe Bike Effects will just loan me his R1. I'll spring for tires.
