Deals Gap spared the flooding?

Was Tail of the Dragon at Deals Gap spare the flooding Nashville received? Is it rideable the week of May 24?

According to https://www.tailofthedragon.com/ the Dragon area was spared. 129 is open from the NC side only due to the rock slide and the road is only open from 8AM to 8PM. And yes, the TN cops are watching it pretty good.

The dragon is in fine shape. A whole lot of us rode it last weekend from the Wheaton campout. Trouble is you have to ride it twice...up and back. DARN!

Yea...it was miserable...had to ride it twice...ha ha. It was in fantastic shape and fuuuuun! No major road troubles getting there either (on the NC side).

Um the Dragon just opened for thru traffic 10 days ago. It was closed due to numerous rock slides occurring over the past four months.
