Years ago, I managed the hunting department of a local sporting goods store here in Knoxville (Jumbo Sports for those of you who may remember the chain). I will never forget this one “Good Ole Boy” that picked-up a pack of the deer whistles, sauntered over to the firearms counter, and asked me with a straight face (and around the massive pinch between his cheek and gum) “If I put these here on my truck backards, youse reckon they’ll call them deer in?”You must be installing them backwards.
