delete email from silverfjr

My Yahoo contacts has been hacked and an autobot has sent an email with a link to a malicious web site (virus).

If you you get an email from "silverfjr" which does not have anything in the subject header just delete it.

After 7 years, my FJR contacts list is pretty long.

If you already clicked the link in the email, I recommend a deep virus scan asap.

The OP's case was not isolated. It was probably part of a recent massive attack.

Besides the usual caution and advice about phishing e-mails...it's probably a good suggestion that anybody else with Yahoo, Hotmail, or other web e-mail to seriously think about occasionally changing their password and/or using a strong password.
