Whats even funnier is that he passes the car and calls him out as a clown. Close to priceless.

He is the "Wind." I couldn't find a YouTube cut if it, but anyone ever watch M*A*S*H and see Colonel Flagg when he claimed he was the wind and jumped out a wnlindow. Pierce looked out and proclaimed, "I think The Wind broke his leg." Bwaaaaaahahahaha.

Personally, I think he's just trolling for people to take him serious. He can't be serious...Right??

Pretty good act to have kept it up for 8 or 9 years. Looks more like a habit to me.
