Sad thing is that Bonds really didnt need the juice to get to 700 +.... and although he has the

time (and more games) he would have beaten the record in all likelihood this year or next anyway.

The one thing that you can not buy / juice up on is the natural ablitly / tallent to have

1) a good eye &

2) excellent timing to jack the ball out of the park

Jucie can not help you with either........what a waste to end up breaking the record

only to have a reputation as a questionable cheater....

What do you mean questionable? theres no doubt even with Giant fans. I live in the area and have watched him since Pittsburg. I didn't know the cream was a steroid. Then why did he spend tens of thousands of dollars per cycle. documented and recorded. There is no way he would take stuff into his body without knowing. How many track and field athletes got caught or confessed. 40 pounds of muscle at age 38 in one off season. Cmon man you are in denial. His forehead alone gives it away.

Hmm... I dunno about that. Without strenght and speed, it doesnt matter how good your "eye" is because you cant swing fast enough or hit it hard enough to go where you need to. Could he have done this without the juice? Maybe. Then again maybe he would have just slowed down as time went on and he woudnt have been able to hit as much.

Im not in denial (Im not even a Bonds or Giants fan.......quite frankly I follow very little of baseball anymore)............do I think that he used steroids to improve his game, of course I do.

Do I think he needed to......No.

Is the league going to indict him............no, because it would be a reflection on how hypocritcal

they are in the first place.

Let's see...........they will ban Pete Rose (one of the greatest hitters of all time) from baseball, but they didnt

do squat for a crackhead like Daryl Stawberry.......and many others like him. (Maybe if Pete had a little darker skin then they would have left him alone too). Any moron knows its all politics.

At anyrate, I stand behind my statement that having a good eye and timing is what gets you hits, not steroids.

Other then pitching, a player doesnt get into the majors by being mediocre......at least not in this day and time.
