Difference in years for FJR

I have been away from this forum for a while.

Have been reading on several sites about the Newer FJR's. This is for the "A" models and not "AE"

From what I have been able to glean, Is it true and when did Yamaha started making it standard to..

Have an Accessory outlet plug

Heated grips

adjustable seats

adjustable handle bars.

anything else I missed ?

With the adjustable handle bars, are people still going with aftermarket risers or what Yamaha supplies is now good.
